Design Notes

This composite part is made up of a constitutively expressing promoter (BBa_J23100), RBS (BBa_B0034), PepD CDS (BBa_K3206003) and a terminator (BBa_B0015). We made the part so that it could be compatible with Type IIs assembly. BsaI restriction sites were used for the prefix/suffix, which were flanked by A/F fusion sites compatible with a DVK-AF level-1 pOdd destination vector. This part was designed in benchling and ordered as a gBlock from IDT.

All basic parts were sourced from iGEM Registry of Standard Biological Parts.
